I didn't get the before pictures done before they had the pond drained. I'll just post a couple of the after instead for this one.

Ridgewood Country Club called Ponds 4 Real in need of help. They had a large 10' x 37' concrete pond that was just not working. They had some large Koi and had lost them. They just couldn't seem to get the pond to stabilize and balance. This put a whole new meaning to "Help Me Rhonda" when Mike called. She checked the pH of the pond water and it showed that the mortar was leaching into the pond and causing an extremely high pH. She also noticed that there was not a real filter, only boxed prefilters on the two pumps. Not a good situation for Koi.
Rhonda designed a filter system, skimmer, waterfall, plumbing to run 3 bell fountains and a large three tier concrete fountain as well, drains and overflow drains. These were all installed at the same time as a 45 mil EPDM liner and rock work to match the existing rock wall around the pond by the grounds crew with Ponds 4 Real working and supervising the entire job. There is still a little tweaking to be done around the pond but with the summer under way, the grounds crew is very busy on the grounds but we will finish it eventually.
Ponds 4 Real maintains this pond on a weekly basis. Which includes trimming the spent flowers and leaves, cleaning the pumps, the waterfall rocks, the fountain heads and the skimmer basket. We also fertilize the lilies and tend to the fish for a low monthly charge.
